About Me

Sandi has been a realtor in Metro Denver since 1974.  Growing up in Topeka, Kansas, Sandi embraced the Midwest ethics of
integrity, honesty, and hard work. She treats people as individuals with customized needs and wants. Valuing each client with the dignity and respect that they deserve has caused 90% of her repeat and referral business.

 She attended Washburn University and the University of Colorado.  Sandi has earned the professional designations:

  • GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute)
  • CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
  • MRE (Master of Real Estate)
  • SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist)
  • CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert)

Elected twice to the Board of Directors for the Jeffco Board of Realtors, she also serves as a trained mediator as well as an officer for Ethics  and Professional Practices for both the Colorado Association of Realtors and the Jeffco Board. 

A National designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) gives her the expertise to meet the special requirements and concerns of maturing Americans. Her unique skill allows her to counsel senior clients on what is in their best interest when reviewing the major financial & lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing or selling the family home.
